How to use

To book your break simply call 0845 33 00 414 quoting 'MCARD20' or book online at http://www.bestwestern.co.uk/Offers/Mastercard/.

To book your break online enter 'MCARD20' into the promotional code box; enter your chosen hotel or location in the search box and then click find a hotel. On your chosen hotels page click the book now link, make sure that all of the details are correct and click on view available rooms. Your discounted rate will show as 20% off the hotel’s Flexible Best Available Rate. All you need to do now is enjoy your stay!

Terms and conditions


  1. This offer is valid for bookings and stays made until 18th December 2011 inclusive for stays at participating Best Western hotels in Great Britain.
  2. This offer is only open to MasterCard cardholders who are resident in Great Britain.
  3. The 20% discount is based off each hotel's Flexible Best Available Rate.
  4. All reservations must be made via Best Western Central Reservations on 0845 33 00 414 quoting reference 'MCARD20' or online at http://www.bestwestern.co.uk/Offers/Mastercard/. Full payment must be made at the time of booking using your MasterCard, no other form of payment will be accepted. Confirmation of the booking will be sent and once made, bookings cannot be amended or refunded. Cancelled bookings will not be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
  5. All extra expenses (room service, bar bills, newspapers, other meals etc) must be paid in full prior to departure.
  6. Rates are based on two people sharing a standard twin or double room and are subject to promotional room availability.
  7. Different rates will apply dependant on the board or room basis you choose as quoted by your reservations agent at the time of booking.
  8. Bookings are subject to promotional room availability. This offer is not available with any other Best Western or MasterCard promotional offer or discount. Availability may be restricted during key holiday periods and may be subject to mid-week or weekend stays.
